The Saved Plate

In a Black family, when you can't make it to dinner, somebody saves you a plate.

That's this membership: your seat, your care, and your dates already set aside for you. The same amount every month and no surprise bill before the holidays, so the care is something you can budget for. If you haven't seen the shape of a single appointment yet, read how a single visit works first. The membership is that visit, on a rhythm. Opening 2027. This is the planned menu.

The Heirloom stage isn't a treatment you buy. It's what happens when the same hands see the same head often enough to know what's changing: Homecoming, Rooted, and Healed, on repeat, until the relationship itself is the thing that gets handed down.

One visit, we're guessing. Four visits in, we're not. We know how your hair behaves in August, what your edges do under a wig cap, which product you swore you'd stop using. That's when the work actually gets good, and it's a direct expression of the For Us Forever ethos: built to last, not built to impress once.

Weeknight Plate · the silk press regular

One silk press a month, trim included, with a deep condition at every visit.

For: you, if you want your press kept up, not rescued.

Sunday Dinner · the protective rotation

Built on the rotation: protect, release, rest, protect again. Every two months, a box braid install (medium or large), a take-down with a deep condition, and a silk press or twist-out for your rest weeks.

For: you, if you braid and want your hair healthier coming out than going in.

Holiday Table · color and press

A silk press every month, grey coverage color every six weeks, and a deep condition at every visit.

For: you, if you keep your color fresh and your ends healthy, all year.

Every plate comes with a Porch Seat from day one: first pick of holiday and back-to-school dates, and your hair history card kept and reviewed at every visit. Seats are limited on purpose until our family grows and more stylists join the house, because a part-time chair can only hold so many plates and still be what it is. Membership isn't a loyalty scheme. It's the Mac and Greens pillar with a calendar attached: the ordinary made sacred by repetition. If that framing matters to you, read the pillars this is built on.
